June/July is the time for the hatching of sea gull chicks in Brighton

Photographed these in the North Laine.

The baby gulls grow quickly but they are at their most vulnerable at this time, have seen them slip down the roof, but manage to hang on, phew !

Seagulls are attentive and caring parents. The male and female pair for life taking turns to incubate the eggs, feeding and protecting the chicks.
